FAMILY

THERAPY

FAMILIES benefit from this therapeutic model because the unit of treatment isn't just one person - even if only a single person is interviewed - it is the set of relationships in which the person is imbedded. My style of marriage and family therapy is: Brief, solution-focused, collaborative, and designed with an end in mind (AAMFT).

Research validated the effectiveness of this model in the treatment of mental health problems such as: Depression, anxiety, marital problems, family conflict, parenting challenges, and children and adolescent's behavioral problems.

COUPLES therapy helps people recognize and resolve conflict and improve relationships. Through therapy, couples can better understand their situation and make thoughtful decisions about rebuilding relationships or separating.

I offer support to couples who just want to improve communication and understand each other better, couples who are struggling to decide if they should invest in the relationship or call it quits, and couples who already decided to separate, but want to develop a strong co-parenting team.
